These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 16xxx website and its services. By accessing or using 16xxx, you fully agree to these Terms.

Under the following circumstances, 16xxx may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account.

• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• As required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (voluntary account closure).

If an account is closed and no rule violation is proven, the remaining balance will be refunded. The user will be notified by email regarding the reason and process of closure.
